The technical secretary general of the Spanish Interior Ministry, Juan Antonio Puigserver, representing the Home Affairs Ministry of the Catalan Government, appeared in public to report the initial participation figures of the 2017 elections to the Parliament of Catalonia.
Up to 1.00 pm, the average participation in the four Catalan constituencies was 34.69%, 0.41% less than two years ago.
