At 6.00 pm this afternoon, 68.32% of the Catalans called upon to vote in the 2017 elections to the Parliament of Catalonia had exercised their right to vote, up 5.2% on the figures for the same time in the elections of 27 September 2015.
These figures were communicated by the technical secretary of the Spanish Interior Ministry, Juan Antonio Puigserver, representing the Home Affairs Ministry of the Catalan Government, and reporting from the Information Broadcasting Centre.
