The new installations are located inside the tunnel that runs under Avinguda de la Meridiana, between lines L1 and L5 of the Metro and between the Rodalia stations of Sant Andreu Arenal, Sant Andreu Comtal and el Clot-Aragó.
Interconnectivity
The junction will permit passengers from lines R3, R4 and R7 of Rodalies de Catalunya to change to lines L1 and L5 and the future lines L4 and L9 of the Metro.
A strategic point
Sagrera-Meridiana, constructed with a budget of over EUR34 million, will be one of the strategic points in the public transport network in the Barcelona metropolitan area.
