Treatment: Vote management system.

Data controller: Directorate-General for Citizen Participation and Electoral Processes. Ministry for Foreign Action, Institutional Relations and Transparency.

Purpose: To collect all necessary personal data as to manage the electoral process.

Legal basis: To exercise the public powers as set by Organic Law 5/1985.

Recipients: Data will be handed down to other bodies in the public Administration and to data processors assigned the duty in lieu of the controller, who also purvey the ICT services and services of withdrawal, transfer, removal, search or destruction of  administrative documentation. Data will not be communicated to any other sort of recipients, unless the law establishes otherwise.

Rights of interested persons: You may exert the right to access your personal data, rectify or suppress them, oppose their treatment  and request any limitation at: exteriors.gencat.cat/en/departament/proteccio-de-dades/drets-persones-interessades/.
